The Famous Dragon Well Tea - Part 2

I visited the Dragon Well Tea Plantation in November 2007 and was amazed at the care taken of this famous tea from the initial planting, pulling, turning, pan drying to packaging.

After being picked tea (manually, of course) at Dragon Well, it's a dry pan, which sounds simple, but requires skill as well as temperature must be maintained, which will have the best results for size, tenderness and volume of tea leaves. Here tea evaluated in six levels. tea leaves here are broad and flat because of the drying process. This gives the tea it is a special flavor and Dragon Well is one of the best Chinese green teas.

said that tea is known for its "four wonders" - the emerald green color, its aromatic flavor, sweet taste and beautiful appearance. It has high nutritional value, and people in China drink it to improve health, and enjoy it's flavor and aroma. When the proper beer (and of course, ours is!), it is light green in color and has a delicate herby flavor that is also something tangy. boiling water is left to cool at the correct temperature (around 75 degrees Celsius), because it will destroy the natural chlorophyll in tea. Please do not buy Dragon and tea bags as they are probably of lower quality as well as the plantation is all about the leaves are picked and when I did not see a teabag in use ...

When the tea tasting was over, and most of us bought some loose tea Dragon Well, we went to look around and visit the store. Here, I bought two shoulder bags that are filled with a fragrant tea. They are very reasonable and I used them on the plane on the way home to help me sleep.

On the way down the lake, you can see that a lot of houses in the village of Dragon Well open a small tea shop where you can sit outside in the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the Dragon Well tea cup. Our guide told us that it is normal for the city people come here and enjoy their tea and the landscape after the hectic pace of the city. Village certainly looked very attractive.
